Registration is due NO LATER than the first day of practice, otherwise it is subject to a $10 Late Fee! Paperwork can be found on the school website, follow this link. Registrations for all these sports programs will be CLOSED after the first week of practice because tryouts will be over and rosters will be final.
Charter Stars sports required a Sports Physical dated within the last 3 years be on file in the school office. If you need to check the date of your athlete's most recent Sports Physical, you can call the office or email Coach Larsen at ilarsen@greatriverschool.org
TRIA Orthopedics is sponsoring free Sports Physicals this summer! See the attached brochure for more information. They are also offering ImPACT Concussion Testing for $5. While concussion testing is not required to participate in our sport offerings, it is STRONGLY encouraged!
