It's that time of year again - planning for the Ultimate Frisbee season! Come meet with Head Coach Jake Henderson and our team of coaches so you can hear about practice times, game and tournament plans, and get information on registration!
Who: Any student in Grades 7-12 who has played Ultimate for the Charter Stars before or who wants to play this year - and their Parent/Guardian(s)

Week of March 16: Tryouts for Open JV & Varsity
Week of March 23: Tryouts for Women's JV & Varsity
Monday, April 6: Practices for all teams start and will go through the end of May
Week of April 6: Games start (dates & times will be posted as soon as we know them)
Saturday, February 28: U of M Tournament - Open Varsity
Saturday, March 21 OR Saturday, March 28: U of M Tournament - Women's Varsity
Date TBD: Granite City Classic - Women's JV
Date TBD: St. Cloud Face Off - Open JV
Date TBD: Hopkin's Hustle - Open & Women's JV; Open & Women's Varsity
May 16 & 17: USAU Centrals in Ames, Iowa (extra fee) - Open & Women's Varsity (invite only)
May 30 & 31: State Tournament at National Sports Center in Blaine

What you can work on now:
Do you have a Sports Physical dated within the past 3 years on file? Email Ilse Larsen at coachilselarsen@gmail.com if you need to know the date of your current physical.
If you don't have a Sports Physical, here is a link to the form:

Take this form to your physician. It could be that the Physician's Office can complete it without seeing your student-athlete based on a recent physical. Otherwise you should schedule a physical, or go to a place like Target or CVS with an in-store clinic, where you can get Sports Physicals for about $40 without an appointment.
Renew your USAU Youth Membership ($31 for 2015) and complete your Medical Authorization Form and your Membership Form and Waiver
