Mission & Expectations:
STP is a summer development program that is focused on developing current and prospective SPA student athletes on and off the ice to prepare them for the demands of playing high school hockey. We will focus on improving fundamentals, creating competition, and teaching our systems while improving your son’s overall fitness level. This program will build team comradery as well individual skills, with the goal of creating team first hockey players that are ready to excel at the high school level. It will also give future SPA students the ability to meet the staff and players while testing their skills in a safe and competitive environment.
Program Details:
- Age requirement: 7th -12th grade
- Skates are at Drake Arena 1712 Randolph Ave St. Paul, MN
- Ice Times: (Skills/Games)
- June: 5:00PM-6:00PM 6-9, 6-10, 6-11, 6-16, 6-17, 6-18, 6-23, 6-24, 6-25
- July: 5:00PM – 6:00PM Mon & Wed , 4:00PM – 5:00PM Tues 7-7, 7-8, 7-9, 7-14, 7-15, 7-16, 7-21, 7-22, 7-23, 7-28, 7-29, 7-30
- Ice Times: (Skills/Games)
- Off Ice Activities are at Powerhouse gym and/or SPA track
- Off Ice times:
- 6-8, 6-10, 6-12, 6-15, 6-17, 6-19, 6-22, 6-24, 6-26, 7-6, 7-8, 7-10, 7-13, 7-15, 7-17, 7-20, 7-22, 7-24, 7-27, 7-29, 7-31
